​Xinbo Yang's research interest is mainly focused on the development of high-efficiency silicon solar cells with
  • - novel selective contacts (metal oxides or organic based);
  • - novel heterojunctions
  • - advanced laser processing (doping, pattering, etc.)
  • - novel architectures (back-contact, tandem, etc.)
