Biography

Pia Dally earned his MSc (2016) in physical chemistry, energy storage, and conversion at the Graduate School of Chemistry, Biology, and Physics (ENSCBP) in Bordeaux, France. She completed her PhD from the institute of solar energy (INES), CEA in France in 2019 working on improving the efficiency and stability of Perovskite-based photovoltaic devices. She then joined the photovoltaic institute of Ile de France (IPVF) in 2020 as a postdoctoral fellow to work on the understanding of the perovskite systems via advanced chemical characterizations. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at KAUST working on surface analysis techniques, XPS and UPS

Research Interests

Interested in the application of surface analysis techniques such as XPS and UPS to understand the structure energetic relationships of surfaces and interfaces of Perovskite systems as well as the contact properties relevant to degradation mechanisms.
