I obtained my bachelor degree in Chemistry, Physics and Mechanics of materials from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2018. Having graduated from the university I started teaching at a High School, prepared students for International Physics Olympiads (IPhO), and lead the National Team in these Olympiads.
Fabrication and characterization of silicon-based solar cells, perovskite solar cells and modelling the physics of semiconductors.
Bachelor degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University, in Chemistry, physics and mechanics of Materials in 2018.
Currently at KAUST as a Master student in applied physics in August 2023
First place in the National physics Olympiad among University students in 2015
First place in the Academy of Sciences cup in physics in 2017.
Top 30 successful youths of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2020-2021, awarded by the Committee of Youths affairs, sports and tourism on January 5, 2021.
Receiver of government award by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for teachers and young scientist in the field of natural sciences and mathematics on August 25, 2022.
