Biography

Abhyuday is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the KPV LAB at KAUST. He has seven years of experience in fabricating fully vacuum deposited co-evaporated perovskite solar cells: single junction perovskite solar cells in substrate and bifacial configuration and as semitransparent solar cells, and monolithic perovskite-Si tandem solar cells. He did his PhD at the University of Valencia, Spain (2020-2024), and a postdoc. at Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin (2024-2026).

Research Interests

Fully vacuum deposited single and multijunction perovskite solar cells

Hybrid perovskite processing for single and multijunction perovskite solar cells

Thermal evaporation of SAM and molecules for interfacial passivation
