This study demonstrates a simple, dip coating passivation at room temperature by Nafion and other polymeric Lewis acids. The champion lifetime shows 12 ms on lightly doped FZ n-Si with significantly higher air-exposed longevity compared to conventional solution treatments. Its simplicity and effectiveness make Nafion passivation a powerful, fab-friendly method for lifetime metrology.
