Job Description

This postdoc position is designed for a specialist in the fabrication and development of large-scale perovskite solar cells and modules. For this position, we are looking for a candidate with an already consolidated and demonstrated experience in high-efficiency perovskite solar cell fabrication and characterization. The experience of module integration and characterization will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Development and optimization of perovskite-based solar cells at different levels.

  • Developing large-area perovskite solar cells utilizing KPV-LAB's baseline processes
  • Performing accurate device characterization.
  • Fabrication and large scale module characterizations
  • Manage project tasks towards successful completion.
  • Dissemination of the research outputs in project meetings, peer-reviewed journals, and international conferences.
  • Writing regular reports for the project outputs

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in physics, chemistry, engineering, materials science, or closely related fields. The knowledge of the physics and chemistry of wide-bandgap perovskite would be an advantage. As a device fabrication position, the nature of the work requires a high level of experimental skills and involves the operation of sophisticated deposition equipment. The ability to design and execute experiments, utilize advanced characterization techniques, and interpret measured data, are also required.

The candidate will be part of a strongly interconnected and highly cooperative team, and should, therefore, be capable of working in a team environment. The candidate should also have a strong sense of personal responsibility, high motivation for innovation, excellence, and flexibility to work, and deliver results.
