Open Positions for Ph.D. Students and Postdoctoral Fellows

Postdoc Position 1:
The first postdoc position is for developing high-efficiency silicon solar cells based on passivating contacts, and the tailoring of this technology to hot and sunny climates. For this position, we are looking for someone with significant experience in high-efficiency silicon solar cell fabrication and characterization.

Postdoc Position 2:
The second postdoc position is for a specialist in the fabrication of perovskite solar cells and integration into monolithic silicon perovskite tandem solar cells. For this position, we are looking for someone with significant experience in high-efficiency perovskite solar cell fabrication and characterization.

  • Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in fields related to electrical engineering, materials science, chemistry or physics, with a thorough understanding of semiconductor devices. Desirable backgrounds/skills include; i) silicon or perovskite solar cell device fabrication and characterization; ii) semiconductor processing; iii) optoelectronic engineering.
  • Applicants should have a strong publication record, good spoken and written communication skills.
