Research interests focus on semiconductor materials, solid-state physics, and photovoltaic technologies. Particularly in perovskite solar cells and how material engineering, can improve their electronic properties, charge transport, and device performance.

Electrical Engineer and Materials Science and Engineering researcher with an interdisciplinary background in renewable energy, semiconductor technology, and electronic systems. Currently pursuing an MSc in Materials Science and Engineering at KAUST, following a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Microelectronics from KAUST and a BSc in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Renewable Energy. Experienced in semiconductor and IC design, power and renewable energy systems, embedded technologies, and engineering project development. Current research focuses on perovskite solar cells and C60 doping, with a growing specialization in semiconductor materials, solid-state materials, and photovoltaic device physics. Interested in translating materials-level understanding into improved semiconductor and renewable-energy technologies.
